Meet Heather

Heather is a clinical research dietitian for the Bucks Health and Wellness team. She joins the practice with a background in nutrition research, and experience optimizing nutrition in the first 1000 days of life, as well as weight management, and bariatric surgery nutrition. Heather is also a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has worked as a fitness coach.

Heather completed her undergraduate training in nutrition and dietetics at Syracuse University. She then went on to complete her dietetic internship and master of science at Cornell University. Her masters thesis focused on vitamin A status biomarkers in children in developing countries. Heather is passionate about nutrition research and its applications to patient care.

She works with clients to optimize all aspects of their nutrition and health behaviors. Her realistic approach to identify sustainable changes helps her patients achieve and maintain their health goals. Heather is passionate about increasing intake of underconsumed micronutrients for a plethora of health benefits. When she’s not in the office she enjoys being active outside, fitness and cooking.
