Jen is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in general medicine, surgery, and research. She is excited to be on the journey to better health and wellness with her patients. She has been working in health care for over 30 years, with a bachelor’s degree from Carroll University and her master’s in nursing from Concordia University.

Jen believes that individualizing your program to fit your personality and your needs is the key to helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. She emphasizes honest communication as the cornerstone of her interaction with patients and is excited to work with people to build their health knowledge and make lasting lifestyle changes. Outside of work she enjoys walking her dog and reading, and traveling with her husband.
