Nicole Carrillo serves as a welcoming presence for Bucks Health and Wellness front desk known for her warmth, professionalism, and genuine passion for helping others. After spending the past 3.5 years living and working in Arizona, she recently returned to her hometown to continue her career in healthcare administration.

Currently enrolled at the University of Phoenix Online, Nicole is pursuing a degree in Medical Records, Billing, and Coding. Her academic journey reflects her commitment to expanding her expertise in healthcare systems and supporting patients behind the scenes. Before joining our team, Nicole worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing compassionate care to children with autism. She also brings valuable administrative experience from her time working in urology and urogynecology, where she managed patient scheduling and front office operations. These roles helped shape her patient-centered approach and strong interpersonal skills.

Outside of work and school, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching sports, and catching up on her favorite TV shows. She is also dedicated to her personal health and wellness journey.
